My partner and I were recently at this office, and I was very disappointed with the service that was provided! I am never one to really say anything negative, but from a health care professional to another I was very disappointed. The health care providers did not perform any hand hygiene entering into the room, for the patient nor exiting the room. Also staff members did not introduce themselves which was concerning! I strongly encourage this office to promote hand hygiene and the importance of it! Thank you very much!
