Miss having a Dr who listened with care and compassion. She always got the orders that helped! Unsure where she is now, but what a huge loss to a community that loved her. She was amazing for complex cases.

Dr. Lobert herself listens and explains well when she's in the room with you. That is my one positive comment. My intake nurse was also great. However, it took months and months to get in for my first appointment and then my follow up visit was cancelled twice by them and I was told I had to wait 11+ months after it was cancelled. Once I finally had my follow-up visit, her “nurse navigator” had me leaving the office in tears after giving me inaccurate information, minimizing my experience, and saying that she wouldn’t refer ... read more

My son and I have been going to Dr Lobert for a couple of years. She is a wonderful doctor that cares about her patients. If something's not working she'll try something else. She is very busy and the only doctor that specializes in Fibromyalgia and EDS in Cincinnati so usually there is a wait for new patients. Her receptionist I will say is very unfriendly. Referred here but they aren’t seeing any new fibro patients. First person who called me was terribly rude!!
