I am writing this review to warn other patients after experiencing profoundly negligent postpartum care from this office. During my scheduled C-section, not all placental tissue was retrieved. This was not identified at the time, nor was it caught through appropriate postpartum monitoring. For weeks postpartum, I experienced severe migraines with pressure, recurrent heavy bleeding, fevers, body aches, and low milk supply. Dr. Mitra and Dr. Liu are highly skilled and professional gynaecologists who provide excellent, compassionate care. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and make patients feel comfortable and well-informed. A special thanks to their receptionist, Aisha, who is always kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommended.
Dr Liu is just phenomenal! From the moment I met her I felt comfortable. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional and extremely supportive! She took great care of me before my surgery, during and after my surgery! I will be recommending her to women in my life in need of excellent gynaecological care! Thank you Dr Liu!
The Doctors are great but the receptionist and helpers are extremely rude, abruptly ending the phone calls, gave a disgusting amount of attitude and refused to email my medical paperwork?
This office is very clean, reception seemed rushed and busy but was a fine interaction (no complaints) The more important review is for Dr. Jennifer Liu and I think she was wonderful. Very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and made me very comfortable.
