The ER here is awe full. Newer hospital. But the drs are a no for me.
Was discharged about 4 today. Newly diabetic diagnosis..very overwhelmed...got home checked sugar and realized the pharmacy gave me 2 of the same insulin. Called the hospital to seek advice...not only was I treated rudely by the secretary but also the supervisor nurse on the 2nd floor. She callously let me know she couldn't help me nor was she going to try to and if I wanted help I could go back to the ER or my primary care dr.. RecommendedEveryone is just so friendly. They are on point with everything. My grandkids just love them. Dr. Connor was my kids doctor way back in 2001 til they were 18.

Poor service! yelled at me, because nurse did not close emergency treatment room! No result till Monday or later, for my Covid-19 lab test! It took one hour and half to discharge me. Doctor discharge at 2:10 pm. I was discharge till #:40, because nobody want to get in hiz-mat suit!
