The staff is amazing!! Love them! Dr Jones is disrespectful of our time. It’s an hour and half past our appt time and still waiting. A simple phone call to say we are behind come in later would be great! Our time is valuable too. It’s Poor management to schedule patients without giving the extra time everyone knows she takes.
I usually see Justin in Jennifer Jones practice. He is knowledgeable, thorough and an excellent listener for even the slightest problem. He takes the time to access and recommend the appropriate action or test and explain his rationale for doing so. Appointments and lab scheduling are done promptly and professionally.

Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing. The reason for the wait is because you are her patient not a chart or a number. She genuinely cares. I had a problem trying to get a hold of my breast surgeon. I called Dr. Jones and explained what was going on, 30 minutes later my surgeon called me. Waiting is worth it. She is very thorough and she takes her time making sure you understand what has happened and what’s going on happen .
