Kind, competent, personable and professional
Straight forward attitude, Dr Berrends is knowledgeable. I prefer Osteopathic practitioners over MDs because they are more likely to look at cause rather than settle for treating symptoms.
Spoke to Brenda and was hung up on when I asked her about my mother's medication. She was rude, confrontational and dismissive all the way up until she said "I'm not giving you that information, buh-bye" and hung up. I'm not sure how or why this person still has a job treating people like this. This isn't the first time this has happened either apparently after reading reviews on other sites.
