Dr. Armstrong was an angel from the moment I met her. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. I am so blessed to have an experienced doctor like her. Very happy patient !
Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible and uncaring . After two and a half years of going thru chemo at Paoli Oncology and Hematology she sloughed me off to another oncologist because she couldn’t be bothered to make sure my ivig infusions for the next six months (because my immune system was wiped out) and I contracted a muscle wasting autoimmune disease) were authorized and couldn't be bothered to talk to the Dr at Penn who diagnosed me. Don’t entrust your care to her!
I have never felt like I wasted money or time more in my life. I left the visit crying. She was immediately ready to brush me off to somebody else because she is unfamiliar with the diagnosis. While inappropriate her honesty, but wasn’t done in a professional way and she made me feel awful. She even made a comment that I was bringing this on her right before lunch. Nicolas the patient rep was nothing but a jerk. Hung up on me six times.
Do not go to this place! Dr.Armstrong is egotistical and did not listen to my needs. Defensive when doesn’t know the answer to wuestions. Waited an hour to just be seen for just 10 minutes!! Dismissed my ongoing/chronic illness. Worst care and experience!
