It has been a long time since I have witnessed such a stunning example of incompetence and apathy, and never have I seen it in a physician. At first I was of the opinion that she simply lacks communication skills, but as the "errors of her support staff" kept mounting along with her halfhearted excuses, it became clear that this individual is not only incompetent, she is just not interested. Jennifer K Burzawa is the worst Doctor I have ever been to. I saw her for a pre-cancerous condition and she scheduled a biopsy. Unfortunately she did not collect enough cells for the biopsy. Therefore I did not receive any results. Then she told me not to worry about it and just return for a check up in a year. She was too busy to even answer my questions at my first visit & on the day of the biopsy. She actually walked out the door while I was trying to ask her a question & just brushed me off.
