Twice I have received a Referral Order from this office. Both times they had not contacted my insurance carrier for approval although my insurance card clearly states approval is required. The first time I arrived at the specialists office and had to re schedule so the approval could be obtained. The reason that I rated one star. I met Dr. Feldhaus in Jan when Dr Churchwell left her practice after 20 years. I hurt my back and now I have chronic pain. My next appointment was canceled. Its now April because Im having problems and need to talk to my doctor. I just found out that Dr Feldhaus was no longer my doctor. I feel that somebody should have contacted me with this information. Now I have a Dr Ferdowsi I pray that this doctor will help me. In the name of Jesus
