This is concerning any eye Dr in this establiblishment, but the front desk, whoever makes appts, whoever is supposed to thourghly check in and out of networks etc i called 2 wks ago wanting to make eye appt. First thing i always ask is about insurance and type. I was assured i was in network with my insurance. She ...made me appt for the 17 th of march. We just moved to Ormond Beach and we’re in need of an eye doctor. After reading some of the reviews we decided to make an appointment. Dr Iannarelli was terrific. She was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend her.
So grateful for Dr. Iannarelli! She is not only amazing at regular care, but also when having an injury! You’ll never go wrong with her as your eye Dr! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I needed a new eye doctor. Most places were 4/5 months out. I call this office and they too, we’re about 1/2 months out. However they told me they had some cancellations and got me in the same week. The office staff was kind and friendly. Dr. Jen was amazing. She spent at lease 30 minutes with me and the office had tons of equipment to do multiple test. They also do glasses/contacts there. I am very pleased and have already made my next appointment.
