Kept my paperwork from previous psychiatrist in Ft Wayne. It was my paperwork not for others to peruse and not return. I had to pay $250.00 cash to see her initial appt. This is November 3 and they have not returned my calls since the 15th or so in September I took her name off google and liked her schooling and background.
Dr. Carlos has been my doctor for several years now. She is smart as a whip and really worked to find treatment that was right for me. She is kind, considerate and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed and she is always on time.
Dr. Carlos is amazing. She is a great person to open up to and really cares about her patients.
Dr. Carlos is the BEST Dr I have seen yet!!! Yes she strum behind at times or sometimes on a consistent basis but it is because she takes Great pride in what she does to make sure that EACH and EVERY individual patient is taken care of before they get up out of there chair and walk out of her office! She has gone above and beyond many of times!!! Jen is the Best!!!!

She is my favorite doctor I have ever had. Not just in psychiatrically but all together as a doctor and a person. Very personable and a great ear. I could go on and on with how much I enjoy seeing her. Great doctor.
