I was unable to get on the telehealth appt..... tried to call and reschedule and they seemed more concerned about me pronouncing the therapist name right then scheduling...... and never heard back.....they are horrible.... don't know how they still in business
The Eldridge practice provided incorrect pricing after confirming with health care provider prior to setting up sessions. The Practice mgr was rude and abrasive over the phone when I had myself and health care provider, trying to dispute/ resolve this. Unfortunately I do not wish to continue receiving any type of services from this practice when they treat patients in this manner.
