I went to this therapist for a few months. Basically she blew off my 1on1 meetings, wanted me to only participate in groups, wanted to put me on meds with a psychiatrist who was unprofessional/unethical. Then texts me 2 months after no contact or effort, asking how I'm doing. Basically she gave up on Me, neglected me, and showed Me she didn't really care any more than any of the other therapists I've encountered in the past.
