Terrible front office staff. My mother was referred to Dr Brody, but it was such an ordeal dealing with the rude and unhelpful woman who answered the phone and then being put on hold and forgotten about just to try to make an appointment, we decided we will find a different doctor. So, Dr Brody may be a wonderful doctor, but we aren’t willing to deal with her staff to see her.

Her office is poorly run. Communication is nonexistent. Nobody can tell time so appointment time are ignored. Save yourself and find another doctor.

Dr. Brody was nice enough when I saw her the first time. I had a followup appointment that was scheduled while I was out of town. I called 2 weeks in advance to reschedule. They said that they had an opening on the 11th at 1:45pm. I put it in my calendar while on the phone with them and confirmed it 3 times. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early and was told that my appointment was on the 18th (which was the orginal date). A long wait to see her initially however it is well worth the wait! Dr Brody is an excellent dr and was very helpful managing my pulmonary issues. Yea
