This was our first time visiting Dr. Jennifer Chang’s endocrinology office, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed, mainly with the front desk staff’s attitude and lack of basic courtesy. My wife drove from South Orange County, took a full day off work, and was delayed by traffic. She arrived only 10 minutes late for her appointment. I have been Dr. Jennifer Cheng’s patient for the past 6 or 7 years and I have nothing but all the best to say about her as a caring doctor and a very nice person. She has been extremely accessible to all my questions I’ve had dealing with Ostioperosis. I intend to be her patient for as long as I can. Highly, highly recommend her.
Was hoping to schedule an appointment as a new patient at this office, was told first availability would not be for another 6 months. I asked if I could be placed on a cancelled appointment call list, was told no such thing exists. Really sad that with there being 3 providers, the soonest availability is not soon at all.
Yesterday I had a long first consultation with Dr. Chang and was pleasantly surprised with the way doctors see so many patients these days to not feel rushed at all. She was a good listener. She was a good explainer as well; a few things she told me I'd heard elsewhere, but her delivery put me at ease. This was a great experience; I actually enjoyed the visit!
In my experience, Dr. Chang has provided excellent medical guidance, has been on top of my case from day 1 (2018-present), and has been available consistently, in a timely manner for follow ups. I have had two other endocrinologists in the past. Dr. Chang's support has been head and shoulders above them.
