I adore Dr. Bartzak. Been with her for several years now. My only complaint is that it's so hard to get through to them to set an appointment. They leave early it seems because no one answers the phone and other times I get a rapid busy signal. This is extremely aggravating, especially when in out of my meds!!!
Had my first visit today, very, very pleasantly surprised. I had called the office a week or two ago & that interaction was less than stellar so I was a bit leery, but zero complaints today. The new staff is very friendly & the doctor is very warm. I'm not usually enthusiastic about a doctor but it looks like I lucked out this time. Would recommend.
Dr. Bartczak is EXCELLENT! I’ve never had any Dr that was so kind, informative, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly thorough. You won’t be rushed or cut short. I’ve always been seen on time. Office appears understaffed and lacks follow up, but they are kind. I remain a patient because Dr B. is superb.
Loooooooooooove Dr. Bartczak. I was trying to understand the negative reviews because I only have positive to share. The whole staff is extremely nice. They do what they are supposed to do. One of the reasons I love Dr. Bartczak is her patience and understanding of the issues. She will explain in detail everything is wrong or right with you. She is kind but extremely knowledgeable.
