My psychologist has been extremely professional, and offered sound advice. In addition, my psychologist has been personal and made the therapy very successful and effective.
I have been following their blog for quite a while, they have very helpful and educational content! You can really tell that they are very compassionate about their work — their resources are always evidence based, and you can genuinely tell that they are a great team who deeply cares about mental health and the well being of others. Highly recommend!
