Dr. Balfour is exceptional! She took the time to listen and answer all of my questions as well as discuss realistic next steps regarding issues I’ve been experiencing. She is amazing with keeping her lines of communication open and just overall bedside manner! She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable as well! I have been recommending her to EVERYONE! She is such a beautiful example of what a primary care should look like!
