She is always in a hurry. Says she will have your prescription called in to your pharmacy. When you get there a day later pharmacy has no record of it. Called CCHC her office never answers. Then receptionist says it must've been a glitch. Someone owes me some gas money for driving over 50 miles to get my medication and then dropping the ball. Everyone in her office acts like they hate their job and it shows.Time to find a new doctor. What a joke.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ratley for many years. She is absolutely wonderful. She truly cares about her patients. She takes time to listen to your questions and concerns and explains everything so you can understand issues. I just love her and her staff. Highly recommend!
