I like the other people would never go back to this dentist. I was there Monday 7/30 and was told that I needed a crown and root canal. I had to sign paperwork on Monday and pay in advance for the crown. I went back on Wednesday to see the root canal dentist and was told by the office staff that this work would be over $2,0000 in addition to the $901.60 that I paid on Monday. I was at a Christmas party last weekend and there were 3 people that had terrible stories about Dr Larson and what she did at their appointments and to their teeth. You have to catch her on a good day from what I've heard. I've seen both sides. Don't catch her on a bad day. I don't want my dentist like that. Not worth it. Switching dentists with my insurance for the New Year! :)

It's funny how the person below said when they read these reviews they are shocked. This is an update to my review below about the dr walking out of my appointment. I went to a dentist with two different dentists the next day. Come to find out the one tooth that needed the crown cemented back on had NO DECAY at all! They glued the crown back on no problem. They said that they do not speak badly about other doctors at all, but were unhappy to find out that dr Larson said there was decay when there wasn't at all. I'm going to ... read more

When I read these reviews I am shocked! My experience with Dr. Larson was very pleasant. She understood my concerns and immediately helped me. I have spent a lot of money on my orthodontic work but needed an immediate crown! She saved my smile, and I am very grateful for the work she did on me. Two thumbs up!! I would recommend her as a family dentist. The staff is just as welcoming!

To the four reviewers before me and all who read this, I too had an awful experience with the doctore. She's money hungry! I have dental coverage, and have never had to pay for any work. She was demanding nearly $4000. worth of work. Well, I went for a second opinion and found our I didn't need al the work she claimed. To top it off, she participates in my coverage. I too hope she loses her license.

This is the worst practice I have ever encountered. Payment is demanded prior to start. After work was started additional charges were added to my bill, some times even when I was in the chair. The dentist does most of the talking to her patients through her assistants. In the waiting room several other patients expressed concerns and were wishing they had never started treatments here. I saw Jennifer Larson for a gum procedure. I was quoted and paid $395. I handed my card to the cashier and then she handed me a toothbrush. I had just unknowingly paid $165 for a toothbrush. No one explained to me that 50% of my payment was for an electric toothbrush. I explained that I didn't want the toothbrush and asked if they could refund me the amount. I was told no, the dentist does not do refunds on them. They suggested I try to sell it to someone. I will not returning to this office, EVER.

I rated this office low as they had a hidden cost in my services. I paid for the services but was not aware that $165 of it was towards an electric toothbrush. They ran my card and handed me a toothbrush. I did not want the toothbrush but they would not refund me the money. I was simply told that the dentist does not do refunds.No one explained to me that out of the $395 I was paying that 50% was for a toothbrush, something I felt should be optional to purchase.
