Extremely unhelpful. They do not perform ablations anymore. When I asked for a referral the receptionist said “i dont know”. When I asked her to ask a nurse, she straight up said “no”. I apologized for bothering her and informed her that google has reviews about ablations and injections she said “i dont care”. Patient beware!!!!
Trying to figure out why the staff is so cold,and unorganized very unprofessional everything they told my wife was completely untruce they did not care abouty wife Helen pain level. they said they order medicine never did called both pharmacies or gave us prescription when I drop my wife off for her shot , made her wait until I came back to sigh a paper stating that I,am driving her home which this was her 3rd shot they know me.
