I had a great experience. I was given an appointment right away for my baby's emergency. The doctor was very nice and gentle. My cat was much better after 24 hours of the prescribed medication How gentle you guys were with my cat
Everyone is always so kind, professional and takes such good care of Tiki and my previous kitty. Everyone is always great from beginning to end! It's always a pleasure! The way Dr. Pizzo treats our animals and how sensitive she is to me as a pet owner.
People seemed aware that we were there because something might be wrong. We were greeted and supported by all staff we connected with. Dr. Pizzo made a big effort to try and pinpoint Smudge's health challenge. We are still unsure but her calm approach and thoroughness helped put me at ease. You helped me navigate a challenging situation with Smudge as she never seems to get ill. We are closely monitoring the situation and will call if we need further assistance.
