The kindness of the staff is essential. We felt welcomed immediately. When we moved to Dana Point this office was recommended to us for are old dog, Jack. He was ill and near the end, Dr. Pizzo offered a warm sincere touch. Although we never met because it was during Covid. But And when we met with Ollie you could tell that she loves her job.
