I contacted Jen after searching for a naturopath who is knowledgable in menopause symptoms. Visits to my GP over the years made me realize how little he knew about menopause and its many distressing symptoms. My first appointment was in person and subsequent visits done virtually. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely thorough. Dr. Hardie puts the whole in holistic! I look forward to feeling much better physically but can’t express enough gratitude for how much better I feel mentally. Better than any therapy session in recent memory. Thank you for making everything so easy from scheduling visits, getting supplements and follow up questions!
