In my experience, Dr Ahmed herself seems to be very kind and helpful. Her office staff is another story. The person I have dealt with has been very rude and not the least bit helpful. My doctors office nurse also spoke to someone and had the same complaint. I hate to give such a low rating but hopefully this will bring some light to what’s going on. It’s a shame because she may not even be aware of how they are handling potential patients.

Just called this office to see if they received a referral from my doctor. The receptionist or whomever was very rude! She wanted to know my insurance name. It was clear to me whenever she asked if she could place me on hold that she wasn't familiar with it. She returned to the line and said thanks for holding how can I help you? I stated I was speaking with someone to see if the office received my referral. I really hate to have to make this post but something illegal is definitely going on at this office!! I feel bad for Dr. Ahmed because she is such a good professional doctor but her husband is running her office and he's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! He is not properly filing insurance claims and demanding i pay for past visits in CASH ONLY. He's telling me I have a bill from.over a year ago. I absolutely love Dr. Ahmed, she is kind and takes time to listen. But I don't think I'll be going back, after the way the front office people are so rude! Had a really bad experience with the two up front. Not sure it's worth going back, and be treated very RUDELY.
