I really hate to have to make this post but something illegal is definitely going on at this office!! I feel bad for Dr. Ahmed because she is such a good professional doctor but her husband is running her office and he's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! He is not properly filing insurance claims and demanding i pay for past visits in CASH ONLY. He's telling me I have a bill from.over a year ago. I absolutely love Dr. Ahmed, she is kind and takes time to listen. But I don't think I'll be going back, after the way the front office people are so rude! Had a really bad experience with the two up front. Not sure it's worth going back, and be treated very RUDELY.
Horrible front office people !! They refused to see my mom who is a diabetic because of a $60 balance that the insurance told her it was not her responsibility. When she explained to them her insurance they still refused to see her and said they had no appointments so she paid it because she needs to see her diabetic Dr. Than the man up front all of sudden had an appointment!! Dr. Ahmed is awesome. She takes time with her patience to make sure they understand the best course of treatment, and how to adjust it as needed.
Dr Ahmed listen to patient. She explains cause and affects very well. I highly recommend her Expertise and knowledge to anyone. Office Staff very professional and joyful. Best Dr in 63 years feels like I’m under care.
