I had a really frustrating experience every time on the phone with the staff at this doctor’s office. They were rude and unhelpful, making the entire process much more difficult than it needed to be. Like she doesn’t know what to do how to reach the pharmacies and I had to tell her twice. Besides that Dr. Kevin and nurses are really nice.
