Jeffery and staff are Amazing.They are caring and friendly. They are quick to help with your needs. I can't say enough about, Jeffry he does exceptional work and he really is a genuine guy who cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Unfortunately, I am no longer going to be going to this office for my dental needs. Cleaning went well, but they found that I had many cavities, I wasn’t surprised though, due to the fact I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to Covid. Hygienists were nice, Assistants were also nice, and Dr. Burke was pleasant as well and explained the process to me at ever filling. The issue I am having is the billing. The dental hygienists are very kind, but the dentist however.... eh. I went to him for a wisdom teeth removal consult. He was describing the process to me and said how it probably wouldn’t be too hard on me but the recovery would. He then said “That’s the thing about little white girls, you can just cut them open and pop ‘em out. Black girls do worse during the removal, but they’re less whiny during recovery.” It seemed like such an odd conversation to bring race into, and an unprofessional way of speaking to patients.
