Walked in to inquire about their specials on skin care procedures. Was directed to another counter by the receptionist. Asked about purchasing or getting a consultation for a procedure I was interested in. They looked at me like I was from another planet and acted like I was bothering them. Instead they got some random nurse to tell me that she basically can't help me with the procedure I was interested in. I wish my insurance would let me see him. Thee very best doctor I’ve ever had. He was able to diagnose me where other Fort Wayne area dermatologists could not in over a 20 year span. He listened to the symptoms and saw the skin. He alone put it together. He was the best part of my medical team. You are very much missed Dr. Sassmanshausen! He provides top notch care in the field of dermatology and is doubled with his degree in Internal Medicine. I highly recommend him.
After over 30 years of struggling with rosacea, and seeing several dermatologists, Dr. Sass finally helped get it under control. He is the first dermatologist in years that really LOOKED at my skin, not just a quick glance from three feet away. The whole staff is very competent and professional.
