The wait time is minimal. Both Dr Sanders and his PA take time with you during the appointment. You never feel rushed. Someone calls back by the end of the day when you leave a message. You feel like they care. I recommend Dr. Sanders to everyone who asks for a primary care physician.

This is my husband's doctor and I've gone to some appointments with him. My hubby loves him and I'm also very impressed. Dr. Sanders is very thorough, all while being very personable and understanding. He does not let anything slip by and will also delve into and try to help with any problem that is of concern to his patient. He has also given good recommendations of specialists and others. We both are very confident in the care he gives.

Carson Medical Group staff are atrocious. I put up with the for years and struggled with under educated MAs getting refills until Dr Rose retired in December 2016. I made an appointment with Dr Sanders and arrived at 3pm for my 4pm appointment. I was put in a small room down a dark hallway. By 5pm lights were going out and I could hear people leaving. I stepped out to ask if I had been forgotten. I had. The MA assured me that he was with another patient however I could see him in his office.

Seems to care about his patients. He's a good doctor its the front office that is terrible need to get new people they think they are the doctor and can't get thru to doctor's and they do not return calls.
