Dr.Smith is one of the best doctors out there. He’s so kind and caring. He is truly an amazing family doctor and cares about his patients. He’s always there when needed. He’s very knowledgeable. His office staff is also great from the front desk to the medical assistant they are always so kind. The phlebotomist there is also amazing! She’s gentle and always makes me laugh. Thank you guys for all that you do.
Dr Jeffrey is the Best Dr. I ever had, he listen, address the health issue and he always positive getting the goal of Health. I feel very confident, I trust this Dr. The Staff also excellent. I appreciate that he care about Patients. Highly recomended.
I decided to write this because the same thing happened to someone else as well as myself. Dr. Is very nice but cares more about money than patients. I was one of his first patients when he started. I had recommended him to many people over the years. After Covid I had a balance of $80 due him.I went in to change my meds and was told I wouldn’t be seen because I didn’t have the money that day. Dr Smith is a wonderful doctor. He is very compitant and kind. His staff on the otherhand is anything but. They are rude and will be the ruin of his practice. My Handicapped wife was a few minutes late because of an uber driver only to find they had lacked the doors when she got there. When she called them they were rude to her. When I went to pick up my wifes paperwork which was not dealt with, I was told she is discharged as a patients. She had needed paperwork for Social Scurity. Dr smith is a wonderful Dr who we’ve been going to for years and years, sadly with insurance changes and moves etc we lost touch but we were trying to re establish going back to his office, so as you can imagine it came to a shock to me when I called and Lynn transferred me over to a woman name Nicole ( office manager ? ) was very brash and short on the phone with me saying that they won’t accept us back because my husband was rude to them earlier ?
