I absolutely love having Dr Jeffery Pacheco as my ENT. First thing I noticed and highly approved of is the fact that he doesn’t overbook himself, he recognizes that my time is just as valuable as his. Each appointment I’ve had I’ve been seen on time or maybe even a few minutes earlier. He is very easy and pleasant to talk to, he doesn’t speak down to me and he speaks in layman terms so I can fully understand what is going on. Very caring Dr. who gives his patients his full attention and expertise to help you to feel your best. I’ve seen Dr. Pacheco for over 15 years along with my family members. He is one of the best out there.
Possibly a great doctor, but I wouldn't know; after waiting for my appointment, they canceled 5 days before it's scheduled date, then couldn't reschedule for over 2 months.
