If I could leave less than a one star review, I would. My spouse was told that they likely have a life altering, potentially life threatening, illness by Dr. Fierstein and then the office didn't send the necessary paperwork for my spouse to see the specialist for a week. Only on our calling them again today after receiving word from the specialist that they still haven't received it, did they promise to get it sent over right away. We were afraid my daughter had cancer.. Dr Fierstein wanted to try an antibiotic before doing surgery. Even though she had no symptoms of an infection, it turned out to be a swollen infected salivary gland - not Cancer and no unnecessary. We were very pleased with his care.
