Dr. Shaw is absolutely amazing doctor! I would recommend him to ANYONE! He’s very understanding. He takes his time to explain everything to you. He’s phenomenal with my child. I will say this he loves what he does for a living. He is down right honest with you and he’ll tell you what you need to do to fix things. He’s amazing with referrals. He’s on top of answering the portal, even if it’s after hours. He’s always willing to hear your side of everything he says to you. I couldn’t take my child anywhere else but to Dr. Shaw!
Dr. Shaw is a very good Dr. Takes his time, never rushes Office staff is good also
Dr Shaw is great, takes his time and explains everything very well. His staff is friendly and easy to work with as far as scheduling goes. My only complaint is the office waiting room is very dirty looking. The floors were dirty, the blinds were covered in dust, it could use a cleaning.
Cons: office is dirty and unkempt, the elevator going upstairs is ancient, the stairs are absolutely filthy, the exam rooms are unclean as well (one room had a dead spider lodged between the table and wall), the table that the baby scale sat looked like it came from a thrift store, nurse was extremely rude and unfriendly with my child, wait time to even get back to the exam room was at least a half hour. Will not be back. Pros: Dr. Shaw takes time, was kind to my child and answers the portal.
Dr. Shaw and staff are very caring and patient with my children.
