Dr. Sams is an excellent doctor that I'd recommend to anyone. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. He takes time to listen to your experiences and concerns. I don't think anyone particularly enjoys talking about gastrointestinal issues, but Dr. Sams's approach and demeanor make them much easier to discuss. His staff is great as well! I have been with Dr. Sams for 20 years. He is an excellent doctor and has helped me manage my Crohn's disease.
Very poor bedside manner, do it his way or the highway. Would not recommend him.
The practice is very unorganized and slow. No follow up or communication. Will not return!
