My father saw Dr Cerone every year since 2015. He saw him 2 months ago and was told his prostate was benign. 2 weeks ago he was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. How could this happen???
I waited 3 months for a new patient appointment. They called the day of my appointment, cancelled and rescheduled for two weeks later. They called that day to cancel/reschedule for six weeks out!
Outstanding Urologist! Patient, understanding and doesn't rush through appointments.
Doesn't handle difficult situations well. Just keeps writing them off. Not real concerned about the patients health. Not great at following up. Especially if you are a medicaid or medicare patient.

Great, intelligent, personable doctor. His office however, sucks. From my very first appointment as a new patient (great impression by the way) to every single appointment I've ever had, they ALWAYS have to call to reschedule. And always after I've scheduled to take the day off work just for the appointment.
