We have been incredibly fortunate to Jill as our NP caring for our three sons for the past 18 years. She consistently goes above and beyond, providing thoughtful, thorough care every step of the way. She is straightforward and honest, yet always takes the time to truly listen and work with us as parents. Her experience, dedication, and genuine commitment to our children’s well-being have made a lasting impact on our family. We couldn’t ask for better care.
Mediocre care at best. Went in for a preventative visit. Nurse was aloof and spent most of the time typing on her laptop. I have been a patient for the last six years and every year they ask me how many children I have, although I am retired.. They refer absolutely EVERYTHING so that they can make more money if you see a specialist. They also CODE the visit wrongly so that they can bill for more. Dr. Pratt, Kayla, and Lori are fantastic. The front desk people are all smiles. They text you reminders. The office is sparkling clean, easy to find, with plenty of parking. The dental care is fantastic!!!
