Dr Leipzig is the most caring doctor/person! I’ve been seeing him for more than two decades and I’ve never felt rushed with him, he answers all my questions and addresses my concerns, and he’s very knowledgeable. He’s also very nice and personable. I don’t look forward to the day when he retires. I really appreciate everything he does for me.
They have some major office communication issues and felt like I was pulling teeth just to find help working with my insurance company and new allergy office. Don't go here if you don't have a flexible schedule. I'm unemployed and could schedule at anytime but still my 2nd appointment was canceled with a 2 hour notice and a bad attitude for medication I was desperate for. Great Doctor but a terrible person at the front desk named Melissa....very rude and disrespectful towards her customers.
My husband and I have been patients for years of Dr. Leipzig, and I just took my 5 year old son who has sensory issues for allergy testing. Dr. Leipzig and his staff were fantastic, and they made allergy testing as easy as possible for my son. Highly recommend them for child and adult allergy and asthma issues.
I loved bringing my son here for treatment...before Dr. Leipzig sold his practice. I'm sure he had his reasons and I don't fault him, but I find Family Allergy and Athsma to be very disappointing. No communication, no follow through and the injection hours seem to have changed a thousand times since they took over. I can't tell you how many times that has caused me to drive across town only to find out they are closed or the hours changed AGAIN and my son missed his injections.
