I have been a patient at this office for nearly a year, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite my repeated visits, I have yet to meet the doctor personally; I am consistently attended to by assistants and technicians. It appears that the doctor is rarely present in the office or hospital during treatment. My treatment has primarily consisted of prescription medications addressing symptoms, rather than any comprehensive approach to identify and resolve underlying issues. This office is nothing but a glorified assembly line lab. Pleasant staff for a lab, but Dr. Thompsen doesn't communicate and I had to wait weeks and keep calling for some test results. I'd hate to have serious problems and have to deal with this doctor.
