Always been a great specialist for all three of my boys. His Physician Assistant is also lovely and understanding. Hands down recommend.

Both of my children have been seeing Dr Nau for the past 20 years. He is personable and knowledgeable. Dr Nau is very thorough and professional. He has performed ear tubes, tonsillectomies, adenoid removal, and ear cleanings. My family has been very happy with his services, and now he is seeing my grandson. Couldn’t be happier with an ENT!
I went to see this doctor as he was recommended by several people, however I did not have a good experience. Let’s start with the office staff, which is seemingly run by teenage girls who couldn’t give a ….., second, the appearance of the office looks like it was put up with spit and glue. I sent my medical records to his lovely staff prior to my first visit and learned on visit 2 that he didn’t have them. He didn’t look into my case at all and wasted my time. Dr Nau is a nice doctor and has seen my son and I on several visits. We were able to be seen fairly quickly compared to other doctor offices; however, most of his staff at the Louisville location is rude, unhelpful, and have the mind frame of "passing the buck." His office does not offer any payment plans and when mailing in payments it takes them quite a long time to cash them. Not everyone wanst to do payments online or have to go into the location to pay.
