My mom has been waiting for this appointment for months.... MONTHS!!! and she went today only for them to tell her that they can't help her because they're leaving and have known they were leaving for a while. Absolutely ridiculous!!! My mom has suffered in pain since February and was in the ER in April. She's 76 and she's in pain everyday and it's so bad that she cries and I HATE SEEING MY MOM CRY!! I am mad as hell! Dr Jones has been treating my 25 year old daughter since she was 19 for Degenerative Disc Disease and had 1 ruptured disc in her lower back. Dr Jones did an amazing job fixing her herniated disc. She went home same day per her request and he ok’d it since her surgery and Recovery Room experience went so well. Also I’m an RN and was caring for her at home.
