The staff is the worse not helpful. Can’t get results correct and I cannot trust my health with people like this! Bye bye
RecommendedI have had a pretty tough year as far as Illnesses with my daughter and surgery for myself. I feel that just a review doesn’t do justice for what the staff here has done for me. I've known Dr. Merkle for about 15-16 years and have been his patient for about 11 of them. He is one of the most genuine, caring, sweet hearted, down to earth doctors I have come across in a long time. He is very smart, intelligent and has a great bedside manner with his patients. I haven’t met with Dr. Jeffrey Merkle yet, but I’ve spoke to several Hackettstown residents. They spoke highly of him and mentioned nothing but great things. When I walked into the office, Jessica (medical assistant) took care of me right away and she got me situated on my son’s first appointment for October. GREAT office with terrific people. Hours are excellent and there is even a lab inside for walk in blood work. Highly recommend!
