Dr. Jeff is great but front office & office manager is terrible!
Dr. Sanwick is a great urologist. He is well up-to-date with his practice and is very informative on getting you proper treatment. I've had two visits with him and I trust his judgment 100%. Unfortunately his office doesn't provide the same type of service he does. The people that work there are totally effing rude. There was a miscommunication on an x-ray appointment I had. Dr Sanwick is the best, but his office people are less than best. They close the office and don't answer the phones from 12-1:30 everyday, which is a pain. The nurses are rude, 2 of them anyway, and good luck getting a return phone call after leaving a message-maybe two days later. He used to have the nicest most efficient people when we first started going there about a year ago. I think the current nurses hate their jobs. I'd like to change doctors, but he is the best.
