I had a tooth extracted on Monday and was feeling very anxious beforehand. Dr. Lin and his entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured, and I truly felt I was in excellent hands. The procedure was quick and efficient—within a few minutes, I was done and on my way. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Lin and his team for making the whole experience so positive. While I hope I won’t need to return, if I ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Dr. Lin’s office.
Just had molar extracted today and was impressed with how comfortable Dr. Lin and his staff made me. Very attentive and would go again for any future procedures. Also thank you for showing up in a snowstorm. The staff was welcoming and concerned with my safety. Well done.
Terrible bedside manner on behalf of the Doctor/Surgeon. could not complete the surgery, tried to blame the patient because HE did not finish, and very rudely and abruptly walked away during our conversation. will never go here again and will not be going back for the tooth that he did not get out.
Dr. Lin is a surgeon you can trust. He has the surgical skills to fix complicated issues. Dr. Lin greatly improved my neuropathy pain in my jaw where hardware had been extracted 18 months prior, from an original surgical placement 25 years ago due to a car accident. Removing the hardware that had fused to my jaw bone resulted in severe neuropathic pain that lasted for 18 months.
