Dr Chait is very nice and personable. He takes time to talk to you. He does not treat you like a number. He listens to you and does not rush you.
Great doctor. Had been treated by him in the past. However, the front desk staff is horrible! Called 3 times this morning to be hung up on. They finally picked up after the third time, could not care less. The first appointment offered was in two weeks. When I said I would have to look for someone else due to urgent problem, could not care less and didn't even say they had other doctors in that practice. I just don't feel like going to the office where I was treated so poorly.
