First off, Dr. Krause seemed to be very nice and knowledgeable. The problem I had was mainly the staff. They are very misleading on the financial side. I was quoted one number as my out-of-pocket, but after the surgery I received another quite large bill. After going back and forth with them for months, since they took their time calling back each time, they finally agreed to settle with the original quoted amount. Excellent oral surgeon, a lot of fun to talk to. Very informative and helpful staff. I had a smooth wisdom tooth extraction, good healing following his instructions, and would highly recommend him!

Doctor Krause was amazing! I presented to the ER with facial swelling and pain, I was immediately placed on antibiotics and given pain meds under his direction and had surgery within 24 hours. His bedside manner is awesome!
