Dr. Klak was rude and didn’t help me with any of my on going health concerns. We didn’t even talk about the issues because we spent 10-15 minutes arguing why I needed to get bloodwork done, although it was very obvious bloodwork was needed and an IU urgent care doctor advised me days prior that they are overdue. He constantly kept asking me over and over again in an aggressive tone questioning why specific bio markers needed to be reassessed.
