Dr. Islas saved my life! He removed my gall bladder in 2022. He also removed a non-cancerous growth from my arm. He is very well connected to the community. He is the best!
Dr Islas is a caring physician and has a reputation as a great surgeon among Drs I’ve had. He has had some issues with office staff recently but he called me personally to work out a scheduling mistake that left me in a tough position. Additionally, he took the time to explain my medical situation and answer all of my questions.
Worst customer service ever. Never received a call back regarding my approved CT scan order nor my appt for surgery. I called to follow up & the receptionist apparently doesn’t like to be questioned as to why is taking so long for your referral nor is it her job to check with the guy who is in charged of that she says. Will never go back here. They treat you like your services or insurance is free or if there paying for it.
