Been to so many different dentists in my 50 years of age. I will stay with Dr. Tenser til the sad day he decides to retire. The most knowledgeable with a calm/cool approach and a great staff. Manages his schedule so well I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. You can tell there are no dental situations he's never encountered, all looks easy to him. Very bad experience. I wasted my time and $49 for a poor teeth cleaning service for my kid. First, the hygienist didn’t speak French and asked me, “Where do you want me to clean?” I replied, “You know better than me.” Then she cleaned a few of my kid’s teeth without even using a mirror to check. After that, she asked, “You can check — is there any other tooth you want me to clean?” If my kid is too young for a proper cleaning, inform me during the checkup instead of providing an useless service just to make more money. The worst place, very sly workers, very high prices
I've been a patient with Dr.Tenser for many years and can attest to his continued adherence to a strict hygienic and sterilization protocol. Combined with his very professional team (receptionists, hygienists and dental assistants), my visits have always been complete and fluid...whether it's for a refreshed cleaning or necessary maintenance. Always updating his dental equipment, including a new sterilization center, it's reassuring to know that my safety is top of mind.
