Had an appointment set up via video call for 12 o’clock noon and specifically had the time set aside for work and he never called. Very unprofessional to leave somebody waiting like that!!
My 78 year old husband has had to see countless numbers of doctors that were specialists for so many of his broken body parts over many years.. Of all of them Dr. Lautman will shine beautifully and brightly in my memories for his true compassion and deep kindness as he always gave him the right advise. I'm so glad my husband found him.

Dr. Jeffrey Lautman is the only doctor that took the time to explain to me what was happening when my wife was in Hillcrest. He explained to me everything that he was planning to do and he consulted with her hematology team, cardio team, and medical staff to prepare her for what was going to happen. He called me at home at least twice daily for updates and his next steps to stabilize her.
