The whole staff an Doctors are AMAZING, compassionate, understanding, respectful. I went in as a new patient an I walk in I am greeted with a smile as I am nervous and full of anxiety they took there time to make sure I was comfortable. And walked step by step with me, till I can breathe.I love this place they made me feel like family. I walked out with a smile an with a little more confidence. Thank you all for what you do. We need more people like you.
If I could give six stars , I would. Doctor Wells has an incredibly gentle hand and a huge heart. About a month ago (with insurance I had thru my employer) I reached out regarding onlay filling I got about two years ago from.a dentist I couldn't even remember. The filling just fell out and he re-cemented it and didn't even charge me a Co-pay..... This has been my dentist for over 8 years now and since the change to wells dental it has been nothing but unprofessional. I came in for my 6 month follow up and they were far from welcoming when we came in leading to now I scheduled my 6 month appointment for Monday morning at 7:30 and got to the office and they appeared closed I called the number multiple times and left voicemails for them and haven’t received a call back.
