Extremely Disappointed with Care at Tufts I had the worst medical experience of my life during a recent visit with Dr. Jeffry. As a long-standing patient of Tufts, I am shocked that such a physician is part of their team. My annual checkup lasted only two minutes, leaving me feeling unheard and dismissed. When my previous PCP retired, Tufts assigned me to Dr. Jeffry. A very stiff doctor who seems to be more concerned about how much time he spends with you then dealing with your problems. I terminated my relationship with him recently because of three incidents did I believe that I wasn't being treated medically correct. When you focus on the clock you do not focus on the patient and as far as I'm concerned that makes you incompetent. I do not recommend them under any circumstances and I do not recommend the social worker that works in a facility under any circumstances
